It wasn’t anything they did wrong it’s just a matter of preference that we forgot to mention to them, even though it was our fault and with no questions asked they took the whole counter top back fixed it to the exact way we wanted it and brought it back in two days. We decided to go with Rock Solid because of a recommendation from a friend we were not disappointed. Marco and the crew were very professional and exceeded our expectations. The fabricators put a lot of thought into how the stone piece flowed and worried more about how it will look and less about the bottom line. The installers were on time, clean and very skilled at their craft. Found a small scratch on center island and Hugo sent out a technician the next business day to buff it out. It looks fantastic and we are very pleased. I would recommend them to anyone and will not hesitate to use them again.
